No special setup or plugins required.

    • How accurate are the transcripts?

      Our transcription technology is highly accurate and works well with multiple languages and accents. We support English (including non-native speakers and various regional accents) and Spanish (both European and Latin American accents). The transcripts are automatically cleaned up to remove filler words and include proper punctuation for better readability.

    • Where are my recordings stored?

      Audio recordings are never stored. The transcripts, notes, and all other user data are encrypted and stored on our servers.

    • What kind of support do you offer?

      We offer email support and have detailed help documentation to get you started. Most users find Grabalo very intuitive to use, but we're here to help if you need us.

      Yes! Sharing is simple and secure. You can generate a shareable link for any transcript or note, with options to control access (view-only or edit). Recipients don't need a Grabalo account to view shared content, and you can revoke access at any time. Perfect for sharing meeting notes with team members or clients.

    • Is there a limit to meeting duration?

      For optimal transcription quality, we recommend keeping meetings under 5 hours. If you need to record longer sessions, we suggest breaking them into segments. This ensures the highest accuracy in transcription and AI enhancement. All plans include unlimited storage for your transcripts and notes.

    • Does Grabalo support speaker recognition?

      No! Our advanced AI technology automatically identifies and labels different speakers in your meetings. This makes it easy to follow conversations and attribute comments to specific participants. The speaker recognition works best with clear audio quality and when participants speak one at a time. You can also manually edit speaker labels if needed.

    • Can I ask questions about my meetings after they're over?

      Absolutely! Our AI-powered Q&A feature lets you ask any question about your past meetings. Whether you want to know about specific decisions made, action items discussed, or key points mentioned, simply ask and get instant answers.
